Q1. How much should I spend to enjoy free shipping?

A: For items not part of the designated free shipping offer, free shipping is available for orders over NT$1000. If your order does not reach the free shipping threshold, a delivery fee of NT$90 for home delivery or NT$65 for convenience store pick-up will apply.

Q2. Can I have items delivered to remote islands or overseas?

A: Yes. Please note that the free shipping offer mentioned in Q1 is limited to Taiwan's main island. For delivery to mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, a minimum purchase of NT$6000 is required to qualify for free shipping. Orders below NT$6000 will have shipping fees based on weight.

Q3. How long does it take to receive my order after it’s placed?

A: Orders are shipped within 2 working days of confirmation. You will be notified via email and SMS before shipment. Under normal circumstances, you will receive your items within 3 to 5 working days. If there are any special circumstances causing a delay, we will notify you by phone with the reason and the expected delay time, so you can decide whether to wait or cancel your order. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during extreme weather conditions like storms or typhoons may experience delays, and the delivery time will be extended accordingly. Weather conditions are subject to updates from the Central Weather Bureau.

Q4. How can I check the status of my delivery?

A: You can use the package tracking system from the delivery service to check the status of your order.

Q5. What payment methods are available?

A: There are four payment methods for general orders: ATM virtual payment code (you must pay at a physical ATM or via online banking), credit card (Visa, Master, JCB supported), and mobile payment (LINE Pay). For overseas orders, payment is only accepted via credit card (Visa, Master, JCB supported).
